He obtained a BA in Law from Assiut University, Egypt in 1998.

Since this date he has worked in the field of Law and legal advice for ten years in the Arab Republic of Egypt and twelve years in the United Arab Emirates as a Lawyer and Legal Consultant. He has Twenty-two years experience in criminal cases , in family issues/Family law  as well as Corporate cases of all kinds. Practice & Drafting all types of Lawsuits ,defence , provide legal advice and render legal opinion, draft,review,negotiate and develope contracts and agreements  and has experience in all legal services related to companies.

Member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 1998.
